Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

**Package Theft & Delivery Issues:**
We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

**International Shipping:**
At this time, we only ship to the United States. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
